*19 is arrival day, check-in is from 2pm and first meal is dinner at 6pm

 **23 is departure day, check out is 10am and last meal is breakfast at 7am

The full price of the event is:

​

$725 USD per person for a SHARED room and

$900 USD for a SINGLE room.  

​

 

A holding deposit of $50 USD must be paid by 31 April 2025 to secure your place and the remaining balance will need to be paid in full by 31 August 2025.

If you are not able to pay the full $50 USD deposit then please do contact us immediately.​

This price includes travel between the venue and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, Kenya on arrival day (19 Oct) and departure day in the morning (23 Oct) ONLY. If you wish to travel outside of these days you will need to make your own additional arrangements.

Conference fees will include access to all sessions, seminars, workshops, fellowship and all food and accommodation. ​

​

You are more than welcome to come with your spouse, but we do want to make you aware that there will be no specific program arranged for them.  However, they will have full access to the venue and its beautiful surroundings.

The cost for a spouse is the same as indicated above

We hope that many of you will be able to join with us, if costs are an obstacle to you to attending then please contact us and we will work with you to help you with fundraising.

We would like to have representation from all our Associations, but we know that many have financial obstacles which may prevent them from attending.  If you feel that you, as an individual, or as an Association, are able to help fund someone to attend the conference who is not financially able, then please donate to our Sponsorship Fund.
