Global Leadership Program details:
The CCI Global Leadership Program (GLP) consists of two separate programs, one for Emerging Leaders and one for Executive Leaders. Learning with other camp leaders from around the world this program will weave leadership experiences, models, insights and conversations to give you both a helpful framework and powerful tools to apply to the real life challenges and opportunities you face.
GLP – Emerging Leaders Overview
This program is led by John McAuley from Muskoka Woods, Canada and is aimed for those relatively new to leadership or looking to move into leadership.
Criteria to consider when signing up for this track:

Age 25-35 (this is a guide only)

Some experience of Christian camping

A commitment to Christian camping going forward

Have the potential to play a significant part in Christian camping development in their country

A coachable spirit and desire to learn

An ability and willingness to act as a champion for Christian camping in their peer groups in their country

GLP – Executive Leaders Overview
This program is led by Rob Ribbe, lead Professor at HoneyRock of Wheaton College, Illinois for those in senior roles in camp ministry.
Criteria to consider when signing up for this track:

Extensive experience of Christian camping

A desire for a renewed vision and enhanced skills

A desire to promote creativity, ministry effectiveness, and continual learning throughout your organisation
