My Testimony After Youth Camp 2025

To be honest, life has been a little tougher compared to before the camp. There are so many areas I’m working on, trying to change and become better, and it hasn’t been easy. But I’m determined—I’m pushing to be the best for Christ.

One thing I’m especially grateful for is how amazing my relationship with Christ has become. Youth Camp 2025 is something I’ll never forget. It truly changed my life. No matter how difficult the journey gets, I won’t stop, because I know God is with me and will help me through. I’ll keep pushing until I let go of all the negative things that once held me back.

When I returned from camp, I decided to start with my clothes. Since I represent a brand, I want my dressing to reflect Christ. Before I knew it, more than half of my clothes were gone. I wondered how I would even survive with so few left, but by the grace of God I’ve been managing—and dressing even better!

It was challenging because some of the clothes I gave up were new, bought just before the camp. But I remembered from the movie we watched during Movie Night that sometimes we must sacrifice what we love to gain Christ. That made the decision worth it.

Even with my friends, I’ve noticed changes. They invite me out, but I often decline. Sometimes I feel bad when I see the pictures later, but I know why I’m holding back. I’m being intentional about what I do, what I post, and how I live, because I want to be a true reflection of Christ.

It hasn’t been easy—if anything, the temptations are stronger than before. But with God on my side and the Holy Spirit guiding me, I’m coping well. I’ve always desired to hear and understand the Holy Spirit, and now I can say I do. I’m learning to communicate with Him daily, and it’s the most wonderful feeling.

With the Holy Spirit by my side, I believe there is nothing impossible for me. Since leaving camp, I’ve been managing everything well, and I know I can only get better. God is my strength, and I’m not giving up.

I’m so grateful.
