Abdulai Koroma’s journey with CCI Worldwide and CCI Sierra Leone is one of transformation and multiplication.

As part of the Global Leadership Program for Emerging Leaders, Abdulai has been growing in his understanding of leadership and discipleship. One of those he has invested in is Emmanuella Sia Kamara, a young woman he discipled and trained in provisional missions and evangelism. When Abdulai told her about CCI Worldwide and the upcoming CCI Sierra Leone camp in August 2024, she eagerly joined—and that step marked the beginning of her own journey with Christian Camping.

But the story doesn’t stop there. Through Abdulai’s leadership, many more young people are being drawn into ministry. Today, he has more than ten disciples within CCI Sierra Leone, including Mohamed D. K. Conteh, Gabriel Ballah, Reuben Kamara, Daniel Okala Sankoh, Abdulrahman Sheriff, and David Caleb Koroma. Each of them is being equipped to serve Christ and share the hope of the gospel through camping ministry.

Abdulai’s influence has also been recognized formally. On August 29, 2025, during CCI Sierra Leone’s board elections, he was elected Vice Chairman for the West. His fellow leaders shared heartfelt testimonies of the impact of his leadership—a moment that filled him with gratitude and a renewed sense of calling.

From disciple to leader, Abdulai’s story beautifully demonstrates how God works through Christian Camping to raise up leaders who disciple others, multiplying impact for generations to come.
