Join us for our Asia Pacific Virtual RG2021 

 

We may not be able to meet in person, but we are excited to still be able to connect with each other albeit via the virtual world!  If you are an Association Leader or a member of an Association Board and live in the Asia-Pacific Region then we would love for you to join with us and celebrate the amazing ministry of Christian Camping, and to discover how we can all Move Forward in Hope together.

Times/Dates of the event:

• The virtual event will start with an Opening Ceremony on Monday 24 May 2021 at 17:00- 18:00 KST

• Sessions/activities will run from 12:00-18:00 KST on Tuesday 25 May 2021

• Sessions/activities will run from 12:00-18:00 KST on Wednesday 26 May 2021

• The event will finish with a Closing Ceremony on Wednesday 26 May at 17:00-18:00 KST

 

Purpose:

• CCI Korea will be working alongside CCI WW to host this event virtually gathering leaders together to equip, encourage and enable them in their Christian camping ministry.

Key Objectives:

• Provide spiritual support for Association leaders

• Enhance networking and relationships between Association leaders

• Create a forum to discuss issues of mutual concern within Christian camping especially

  within the scope of the region.

• Share best practices in Christian camping and Association management.

Programme:

We have an exciting programme planned for the week including devotions, worship, Bible Teaching, seminars, activities and a scavenger hunt. The main programme is for all participants, it will be a time to join together and will include times of sharing and learning from each other. Within the main programme there will be some time each day set aside for breakout sessions when the main group will split into three separate seminars and you can make a choice on which session to attend.

Registration:

As this is a virtual event, the conference is FREE to all who wish to take part. The event is currently limited to Association Leaders and their boards and we do have limited spaces per Association so please contact Vicki (vicki@cciworldwide.org) for more information.
