The Brave Series

Based on 30 plus years of biblical, leadership and gender research and practice, BRAVE is a deceptively simple acronym representing the themes of leadership confidence, resilience, advocacy and action, voice, and expanded perspective and influence. In this 6 part series we will be offering countless insights, tools and stories as well as opportunities to discuss, reflect on and apply what we are learning together. As the series unfolds it is our sincere prayer that you will develop your trust in God, grow in self awareness and leadership skills, develop rich relationships with peers, and have the opportunity to coach and be coached in the areas that are most timely and important for you. You will also glean a tool kit of resources to offer in the work you do with girls and young women – and a theology and process for creating environments in which both men and women can thrive.
